At White Buffalo Lodge PMA we offer a range of engaging and informative classes that delve into the intricate connections between various aspects of health. These sessions cover a wide array of topics, including women's and men's health, autoimmune issues, and the benefits of natural supplementation. Our goal is to empower you with knowledge and insights that can enhance your well-being.
In addition to our educational offerings, we provide a selection of therapeutic options to support your healing process. These include rejuvenating foot baths and innovative light and sound therapies. All of these experiences are against the stunning backdrop of nature, where you can also explore the sacred spaces of the land at White Buffalo Lodge PMA.  These spaces include a medicine lodge tipi and sweat lodge with a cold water plunge nestled next to a spring fed trout pond.
